Shipping policy

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Ground Shipping Method will be processed within 1-2 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained, then shipped.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

Ground: Free on eligible orders. Will arrive in 3-8 business days after processing and shipping. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are not eligible for free ground shipping.

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
